Account Management
Just Marketing International manages its client relationships based on best practice learnings that are centered on the idea that efficient, effective communications (relative to account activities) flow from having a single point of contact. This role is principally filled by the Senior Account Executive, who is full-time to the account and manages all aspects of client activation on a day-to-day basis. Through this dedicated account leadership role, JMI's account services team delivers highly invasive, market-focused services and tactics. The Senior Account Executive likewise serves as the primary internal liaison within JMI to access Marketing Services, Mobile Marketing, etc. as well as deliverables from third party properties (e.g. tickets, hospitality, etc.).
It should also be noted here that while the Senior Account Executive is the primary point of contact, JMI clients have full access to all executives and staff. As recognized leaders within the motorsports industry, JMI senior management are personally invested in advancing client agendas and completely accountable for all client deliverables. Measurement
Measuring returns is of paramount importance to every company involved in motorsports. Although it may be self-evident, ROI analysis is inextricably linked to the establishment of clear objectives as defined by strategic imperatives. Thus, effectively measuring success is part of a deductively linked, 360º process culminating in programmatic evolution.
