We are in need of a senior communications professional based in Indianapolis.

Requirements:

• Ten or more years of agency or corporate communications experience.
• Five or more years developing communications strategy for world-class brands
• Three or more years of new business development experience.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and media skills.
• Ability to build diverse teams to deliver excellent results.
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
• BA / BS Degree in Journalism, Communications or Marketing.

Job Title: Director, Partnership Development

The Director of Partnership Development will be responsible for identifying potential clients and assisting in the developmental processes leading up to securing new clients. The position is responsible for commercial representation of Jeff Gordon; liaising with Hendrick Motorsports; supporting worldwide marketing and sales efforts; initiating and driving new business; generating new sales leads and managing customer relationships . Success in this position will require the ability to aggressively penetrate into multiple industries seeking out potential business opportunities. Applicants will understand this position requires extensive travel. This position will work a full schedule within the 8:30AM to 5:30PM business day plus routinely evenings and weekends. Extensive travel will be necessary.

Requirements:
The preferred candidate will have 5+ years in a similar position with a proven record of success. Agency and motorsports business development experience preferred. The candidate must be detailed oriented and possess strong presentation and personal communications skills. Competency in Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word, and Adobe experience required. Polished presentation skills that will be honed in time to JMI Way.

Education:
Bachelors Degree or commensurate agency and motorsports business development experience.

Competencies and Work Activities:

• Commercial representation of Jeff Gordon and liaising with Hendrick Motorsports.
• Generate sales leads and help bring proposals to closure.
• Participate and support overall marketing and sales effort.
• High level major motorsports industry executive CRM capabilities including building and further developing JMI's CRM list.
• Assist in sales projects for JMI clients seeking partnership opportunities.
• Manage a list of provided contacts with specific accountability to deliver new business relationships and prospects.
• Expand existing business opportunities for JMI within current clients and other specified motorsports, CRM-based targets.
• Match prospects with motorsports opportunities.
• Proactively manage JMI client relationships with over-communication, innovative thinking, trend spotting, authoritative recommendations, and subject matter expertise.

Job Title: Ideation Supervisor

Job Summary:

Just Marketing International, global leader in motorsports marketing is seeking a strategic, yet tactical, hands-on executive presentation specialist for their Indianapolis headquarters.

Graphic design and production of high-end PowerPoint presentations are key. You will work with management to transform their thoughts, visions, strategies, goals and objectives into coherent and compelling presentations, business pitches, and content for employee, sales and marketing meetings. You will be called to take projects from concept (ideation, outline and understanding of objectives) to completion. We're looking for someone beyond a good PPT designer-you must also have strong project management and organization skills and the ability to think strategic/big picture.

Education:

• College Degree

Personal Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing or executive communications including drafting executive presentations
• Extremely strong PowerPoint and design skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet aggressive deadlines
